Welcome to Coda Effect. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

We provide:

Interpreting services
Mental health counselling
Men’s group sessions
Professional development (PD)
Digital mental health resources

Our Promise

We aim to support you in:

Gaining clarity and feeling more in control of your life

Pricing

Interpreting: $125/hour (minimum 2 hours)
Counselling: $120 per session
Men’s Group: $80 per person
Digital Products: $50

Payments

Payment is required before or at the time of service
Payment plans may be available (+20%)

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Participate actively in sessions
Engage with tools provided
Treat staff and others respectfully

What’s Included

Worksheets and tools
Two (2) short support calls
Progress check-ins
Optional digital resources
Social coffee catch-ups (up to 2)

Guarantee

Counselling & Men’s Group: If you apply the tools and don’t feel clearer, we will review your experience or offer a refund
Interpreting: If clarity is not achieved, we will work with you to resolve or offer a refund
